BILL RODENBORN / FSC SCHOLARSHIPS

 High school seniors, if you are the child of an FSC employee or stockholder and are planning to attend a certified college or university in the state of Iowa offering a two or four-year program, you can apply for the Bill Rodenborn / FSC Scholarships.  This scholarship was established as a living memorial to the late Bill Rodenborn, past FSC general manager.  Please click here to go to the scholarship application or check with your high school guidance counselor. APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
At FSC's Annual meeting in January Bob Saunders of Manilla was elected as Director for District 2. On February 11th, 2010 Bob tendered his resignation to the FSC Board of Directors due to a conflict of interest.
Article 2.6 of FSC's By-Laws states that "at the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors, the remaining directors shall choose a member of Farm Service Cooperative from the former director's district to serve as director for the remainder of the former director's term".
In accordance with this By-Law provision, the FSC Board of Directors has appointed Gary Hall of Manilla as Director for District 2 for a term which shall expire in January, 2013
