FSC launches the
Next Generation of the Cenex® Brand in Harlan-
Tabbed
the “Generation Image Renewal,” FSC and Cenex
have launched the
next generation of its brand in Harlan. The upgrades create a
modern appealing brand for our consumers and a site with a new
look on the canopy, signs, pumps, new lighting and digital
signage. These changes establish a fresh, consistent image at
every Cenex site and address the demands of today’s consumers.
The Cenex brand has helped Farm Service Cooperative portray a
positive impression of our sites and commitment to the fuel
needs of our members and customers.
In
addition to funding the majority of the costs associated with
the upgrade, Cenex will support its marketers through the entire
re-identification process.
FSC
Winter Agronomy Grower Meetings…
FSC held informational grower meetings throughout the winter
months. These meetings are designed to update customers on
today’s innovative technology and future pipeline. This year’s
meetings included Shannon Hauf (Monsanto). Shannon discussed
the Monsanto seed traits and outlined future events growers will
be utilizing. Our second speaker was
Dick
Goeff. Dick discussed soil fertility and management practices to
maximize yields. These three meetings received excellent
attendance.

FSC Upgrades Fuel Fleet
In
a response growing demand and increased farm tank size FSC has
purchased a new 4,500 gallon refine fuel truck. The new truck
replaces the 1997 2,800 gallon refine fuel truck driven by Dan
Jensen. The addition of this truck will allow Dan to provide
better customer service by loading fuel straight off of the fuel
pipeline, reduce the number of reloads and cut down on driving
miles.
